The SAF explosion-proof area light is built with durable, corrosion-resistant materials and advanced features, making it ideal for hazardous and marine environments. It provides reliable, safe lighting with versatile mounting options.

Standard Features:

  • High-strength, corrosion-resistant, copper-free cast aluminum alloy ballast housing and outlet boxes
  • Large hinge allows for “hands free” wiring and improved heat dissipation of internal components
  • Heat-resistant, silicone o-ring gasket. Other materials available
  • Heat-resistant, tempered, prismatic-glass globe
  • Corrosion-resistant, high-strength, fiberglass-reinforced polycarbonate guard. Electro-polished stainless steel wire guard available

Additional Features:

  • Enclosed and gasketed
  • Corrosion- and chemical-resistant baked epoxy exterior surfaces
  • Stainless steel external hardware. Stainless steel inserts are available
