Tom Atkinson
Vice President and General Manager, Avail Enclosure Systems
Tom Atkinson is the Vice President and General Manager of Avail Enclosures Systems, overseeing the operations of four Enclosures facilities in Millington, MD; Chattanooga, TN; Pittsburg, KS; and Houston, TX.
In 2014, Tom joined the Millington, MD Enclosures team as the Controller and served as the General Manager of that site from 2018-2024. Prior to Avail, Tom spent over ten years in various accounting and finance roles in the manufacturing and construction industry, holding roles such as Director of Audit and Tax and CFO & Treasurer.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Goldey-Beacom College. He also is a partner to the Chesapeake College’s Advanced Manufacturing Team and serves on their Program Advisory Committee, providing mentorship to program participants.
